Victa Robot Mower Promotion 2020 (Promotion) Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Offer:
Eligible Entrants who purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store Or Dealer during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive a Gift, subject to these T&Cs. In order to receive the Gift, Eligible Entrants must complete the Redemption Process within the Redemption Period.
Eligible Entrants:
Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Promotional Period:
Start Time and Date 12:00 AM AEST Tuesday 1st September 2020
End Time and Date 11:59 PM AEDT Wednesday 30th June 2021

Victa Robot Mower Garage (Part number: 1688116) RRP $179.00
Redemption process & Delivery of Gift:
Eligible Entrants must claim their Gift by visiting www.victarobotmower.com.au and completing the Redemption Process during the Redemption Period by following the instructions. Among other things, Eligible Entrants will be asked to provide their proof of purchase.
Eligible claimants should allow at least thirty (30) business days for delivery of the Gift from the date they have submitted a valid claim. Victa will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift within 30 business days from the date notification is received. Gifts will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of completing the Redemption Process.
Other matters:
(a) Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. (b) This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Victa offer or promotion, (c) There is a limit of one (1) Gift per Participating Product purchased. (d) All prices quoted in these T&Cs are inclusive of GST. (e) The Gift is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. (f) If this Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, Victa may disqualify any entrant and/or modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion as applicable. (g) If a Gift is unavailable, Victa may substitute a reasonably equivalent item at its discretion. However, the Promotion ends if Participating Product stocks run out. (h) The Promotional and/or Redemption Periods may be extended in Victa’s absolute discretion. (i) Except for liability which cannot be excluded as a matter of law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Victa excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including any tax liability. (j) The Participating Products are subject to stock availability at each individual Participating Retailer Store and dealers.
Privacy:
Victa (or third parties on its behalf) may collect personal information to conduct the Promotion and disclose such information to third parties for this purpose, including agents, contractors, service providers and offer suppliers. Validity of an eligible entry is conditional on providing this information. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with Victa’s privacy policy available at www.victa.com.au, which forms part of these T&Cs.
